4. Run Regedit> HKEY_CURRENT_USER> Software> Download Manager> (see right window) Connection Speed> double click> select decimal> content with 9999999999999> OK. (To run regedit get through the run, and type regedit in the Start)

NB: Do not Forget to Make Backup first regeditnya let quiet if there is anything.

5. Close regedit and try to download.

Download speeds are also affected by network conditions imaginable.
